  • How long can my message be?

    • We recommend your message be 2 lines long with approximately 10 words per line, although more can fit. Please keep in mind that the longer the message, the smaller the typeset. Contact us with your specific request.
  • How long do your cookies last?

    • The cookies have a shelf life of 2 to 3 months. We will ship your cookies in a timely manner to ensure freshness.
  • How long will it take to get my cookies?

    • We utilize various shipping options, including UPS, Federal Express, the US Postal Service and our own delivery vehicle to ensure safe delivery within 1-3 days.
  • Can I put my company logo on the message?

    • Yes! In most cases we can put small logos on the messages. Please contact us for more information.
  • Can I print on both sides of the message?

    • Yes, we have the capability of printing on both sides of the message.
  • Can I print in different colors?

    • We can print your message in colors other than black. Contact us for details on color options.
